The party responsible for processing your personal data is Citlalic Rosario Cabrera Alonso, operating commercially under the name “Tali Tours” (Oaxaca de Juárez, Oaxaca, Mexico).
02 What data we collect
To manage your booking we collect your name, email and phone/WhatsApp.
Payment data (card) is processed directly by Mercado Pago. We do not store card numbers.
03 How we use it
To create and confirm your booking, contact you about the tour operation (by WhatsApp or email), and comply with tax and legal obligations.
04 Who we share it with
Only with the providers needed to operate: our payment processor (Mercado Pago), our database and hosting provider (Supabase), and the transporters assigned to your departure.
We do not sell your personal data.
05 Retention
We keep your data for as long as needed to operate the service and meet legal and tax requirements.
06 Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data by emailing us at talitoursoficial@gmail.com.
