01How do I book?
Pick the tour, the date and the number of people. We hold your seats for 15 minutes while you complete payment online. As soon as the payment is confirmed, Tali messages you on WhatsApp with the details (meeting point and pick-up time).
02What payment methods do you accept?
Credit or debit card, securely processed by Mercado Pago. You complete payment without leaving the site.
03What's included in the price?
Private transport in our vehicle, bilingual guide and the entrances mentioned in each tour. Food and drinks are not included unless the description says so.
04Where does the tour leave from?
We pick you up at your hotel in downtown Oaxaca de Juárez. If you're staying outside the center, message us on WhatsApp to coordinate.
05How many people per tour?
Maximum 6 people. If you want the vehicle exclusively for your group, choose the 'Private' option when booking — you pay double but the van is just for you.
06Do you speak English?
Yes. Tours can run in Spanish or English. Let us know when you book.
07Can I cancel?
Once your booking is confirmed there is no refund for a cancellation on your part (see our Terms). If Tali Tours cancels a departure — e.g. the minimum group isn't reached or due to force majeure — we offer a full refund or an alternative date/route. Message us on WhatsApp with any questions.
08What if it rains?
May to October is rainy season in Oaxaca but it rarely stops us. If conditions are dangerous, we reschedule at no cost.
09Do you have vegetarian / vegan options?
Yes. Let us know when booking and we'll coordinate options at the food stops.
10Do you also do airport - hotel transfers?
Yes. You'll find them in the catalog as 'Airport → hotel transfer' and 'Hotel → airport transfer', $500 MXN each, up to 6 people.
11How far in advance should I book?
The earlier the better — capacity is small and fills fast in season (Day of the Dead, Easter, Guelaguetza). Bookings under 24 h have a 30% surcharge.
